UP Timer combines four independently configurable tools in one browser workspace. Use one timer on its own or coordinate all four around the way you work.
Set the focus, break and cycle lengths that suit the task. The current phase stays visible while you work.
Build a clearer rhythm for focused workSet your target, cup size and working hours. UP Timer keeps the pace and next reminder visible.
Keep your selected target visibleChoose the cadence, duration and movement style. The timer prompts you at the selected interval.
Introduce a prompt to change positionStart a Learn Sprint now or schedule it for later. Learning and recall get a defined place in the same routine.
Make room for short learningKeep selected prompts within reach. Desktop notifications can alert you while another browser tab is active, and spoken alerts are available in male and female voices.
Why UP Timer exists
When the day is driven by tasks, messages and open tabs, the person doing the work can become secondary. UP Timer creates deliberate moments to pause and reset without prescribing a perfect routine.
An illustrative example only. Every timer, duration and schedule is controlled by the user.
Start a Focus Timer with the work and break durations that suit the task in front of you.
A reminder appears according to the target, cup size and working hours you selected.
The Move Timer reaches its chosen cadence and offers the selected or random guided exercise prompt.
Start a Learn Sprint immediately or schedule it for a quieter part of the day.
Company access is coming soon for organisations that want to explore UP Timer with a selected group. Pilots, future licences and bespoke setup will remain enquiry-led and discussed directly.
What we are preparing
Explore UP Timer with a selected group before considering wider use. Pilot structure and availability will be discussed directly.
Register interest in future organisation access. Licences are being prepared and are not yet available as a self-serve plan.
Discuss your organisation, proposed group and rollout requirements. Any setup will be agreed through a direct conversation rather than an automated package.
