Company licences
Discuss access for a defined group or organisation. Licence structure, group size, rollout and commercial terms are handled through the enquiry process.
Enquiry-ledCompany access · Enquiry-led
Company is the enquiry-led route for organisations considering licences, selected pilots or bespoke setup. The aim is to make access and rollout manageable without turning an individual’s Focus, Hydrate, Move, Learn or UP Capture activity into an employee-monitoring dashboard.
Why teams may use it
The value is not a universal company routine. Each person can use the parts that help with their own screen-heavy day.
Give a work block a defined edge, with break timings chosen by the individual.
Keep a personal water target, progress and next reminder visible.
Create a visible cue to change position using a cadence and movement duration that suit the person and the work.
Give short learning a defined place in the day without opening another indefinite task.
Give notes, ideas, questions, reflections and to-dos somewhere to go without turning each interruption into the next task.
An enquiry-led route
There is no self-serve Company checkout. Tell us what you are considering and we can discuss whether licences, a selected pilot or bespoke setup is the most appropriate route.
Discuss access for a defined group or organisation. Licence structure, group size, rollout and commercial terms are handled through the enquiry process.
Enquiry-ledExplore a defined use case with an agreed group and scope before a wider rollout. Pilot availability, structure and timing are discussed directly and are not automatically reserved by making an enquiry.
Discuss directlyDiscuss rollout priorities, onboarding needs and any configuration or support requirements that fall outside a standard licence conversation.
Enquiry-ledOne product. Two levels of responsibility.
A Company licence does not need to change the basic product model. Individuals still use the same Focus, Hydrate, Move, Learn and UP Capture workspace; the organisation’s role is centred on access and agreed rollout rather than supervising personal timer behaviour.

Privacy and boundaries
The Company proposition should be judged by whether it gives organisations a practical access route without turning personal workday choices into monitoring data.
Focus sessions, water prompts, movement reminders, Learn Sprints and individual timer choices are not positioned as a manager dashboard.
Notes, ideas, questions, reflections, to-dos and planning choices should not become an employer feed simply because access is provided through a Company licence.
Acknowledging a timer prompt means it received a response. It does not prove that a break, drink, movement, learning activity or other action happened.
It is a timer, prompt and capture workspace. It does not provide medical, ergonomic, HR, health and safety, employment or legal advice.
