UP Timer product

Move. Create a chosen cue to change position.

Choose a movement cadence, a short movement window and an exercise mode. The next prompt stays visible while you work. The timer remains one part of the connected Focus, Hydrate, Move and Learn workspace.

Stand. Stretch. Walk. Change position.

How it works

Set the timer around the day you actually have.

The controls stay visible, the current state is clear and the timer can be used on its own or alongside the other UP Timer tools.

01

Choose the cadence

Set how often you want UP Timer to present a movement prompt during the period you are using it.

02

Choose the movement window

Set a duration for the guided movement or use the prompt as a cue to stand, walk or change position.

03

Select a mode

Choose an available exercise or allow the timer to present a random guided movement.

Configure

A small interruption to a long unbroken stretch of screen work.

Move Timer is not a workout programme and it does not monitor whether an exercise was completed. It gives a selected movement cue a clear place in the day, with the next prompt visible and an alert that waits until it has been acknowledged.

  • You set Cadence, duration, movement mode and alert sound.
  • You see The countdown to the next prompt and the selected exercise mode.
  • You decide Whether the prompt means standing, stretching, walking or another appropriate change of position.

One clear sequence

From setting to prompt.

UP Timer makes the next state visible so the timer is more than a single sound at the end of an interval.

01

Prompt becomes due

The selected cadence reaches its endpoint while you are working.

02

Take an appropriate pause

Use the movement window in a way that is safe and suitable for you and your environment.

03

Return with a new timer edge

Acknowledge the prompt and return to the next chosen work phase.

Persistent acknowledgement

The alert waits until it has been seen.

When this timer reaches its selected point, the on-screen prompt stays active and the chosen sound or male or female voice continues until you acknowledge it.

Use movement prompts safely. Stop if an activity causes pain or discomfort, adapt movements for your ability and environment, and seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

Each timer has independent settings, but the product is designed as one visible rhythm for a screen-heavy day.
