Refund & cancellation policy
Know what happens before you subscribe.
Lite is free, the Full trial needs no card, and Full is a recurring annual membership. This page explains cancellation, access after cancellation and how refund requests are considered.
Access before payment
You can use UP TIMER before deciding whether an annual Full membership is right for you.
- 01 · Lite
Free daily window
Up to one continuous two-hour window each day. It begins when you start your first timer and continues even if an individual timer is paused or reset.
- 02 · Full trial
Three days / 72 hours
Requires an account and starts only when you manually activate it. No card is required and it does not automatically convert to Full.
- 03 · Full
Annual membership
$59.99 per year as a recurring annual membership until cancelled.
How to cancel Full
- Sign in to the UP TIMER account connected to the membership.
- Open the secure billing-management or customer-portal route available from the application.
- Choose the cancellation option and review the effective date shown.
- Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
If you cannot access the account or billing portal, email billing@uptimer.app. Include the account email, but do not send full card details.
What happens after cancellation
Cancelling normally stops the next annual renewal. Unless a statutory right, refund or earlier termination applies, Full access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period and the account then returns to Lite.
Closing a browser tab, stopping use of the product, deleting local browser data or removing a saved payment method does not by itself cancel an active membership.
Statutory cancellation rights and refund requests
Where a refund is not required by law, we may still review a request in appropriate circumstances, including a duplicate charge, a clear billing error or a payment taken after a confirmed cancellation should have stopped renewal.
Send the account email, payment date, amount and a concise explanation to billing@uptimer.app. Do not email full card details.
Failed or disputed payments
The payment provider may request an updated payment method and may retry an unsuccessful renewal. If payment cannot be recovered, Full access can end and the account can return to Lite.
Contact billing support if a charge is duplicate, unfamiliar or appears incorrect. This does not limit any legal rights or rights available through your card provider.
Company access
Company licences, selected pilots and bespoke setup are enquiry-led. Cancellation, renewal, pilot and refund terms for an organisation are set out in the relevant written agreement or order rather than this personal Full policy.
Billing contact
For membership, payment, cancellation or refund questions, email billing@uptimer.app. For general product, account or UP Capture help, email support@uptimer.app.
UP TIMER is operated by Spixel Digital.
Need help with a charge?
Contact billing with the account details, not card details.
Include the account email, charge date and amount so the payment can be located safely.
