Up to one continuous two-hour period beginning with your first timer start.
Refund & cancellation policy
Know what happens before you subscribe.
Lite is free, the Full trial needs no card, and Full is a recurring annual membership. This page explains cancellation, access after cancellation and how refund requests are considered.
Access before payment
You can try UP Timer without immediately beginning a paid subscription.
Manually activated after account confirmation. No payment method and no automatic conversion.
$59.99 each year until the subscription is cancelled.
How to cancel Full
- Sign in to the UP Timer account connected to the membership.
- Open the billing-management or customer-portal route in the timer application.
- Choose the cancellation option and review the effective date shown.
- Keep the confirmation for your records.
Email billing@uptimer.app when you cannot access the account or billing portal. Include the account email and exclude full card details.
What happens after cancellation
Cancelling normally stops the next annual renewal. Unless a refund or earlier termination is agreed, Full access normally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. The account then returns to Lite.
Deleting a browser tab, stopping use of the timer or removing a saved payment method does not by itself cancel an active subscription.
Refund requests and statutory rights
This policy does not remove rights that apply under consumer law. The position can depend on where you live, when you purchased, whether digital access began immediately and what consent or acknowledgement was given during checkout.
Where a refund is not required by law, requests may still be reviewed in appropriate circumstances, including duplicate charges, clear billing errors or a payment taken after a confirmed cancellation should have stopped renewal.
Send the account email, payment date, amount and a concise explanation to billing@uptimer.app. Do not email full card details.
Failed or disputed payments
The payment provider may ask for an updated payment method and retry an unsuccessful renewal. If payment cannot be recovered, the subscription may end and access return to Lite.
Before raising a payment dispute, contact billing support so that duplicate, unfamiliar or incorrect charges can be investigated. This does not limit your legal or card-provider rights.
Company access
Future Company pilots, licences and bespoke setup are enquiry-led. Any cancellation, renewal, pilot or refund terms will be set out in the relevant written agreement or order rather than this personal Full policy.
Billing contact

UP Timer is operated by Spixel Digital. This working policy should be reviewed alongside the final checkout wording and legal advice before public launch.
