Under development

What’s next. Build on what is already working.

UP TIMER now brings Focus, Hydrate, Move and Learn together with UP Capture, plus a compact Interval Timer for repeated training/rest sessions. It can be used directly in the browser or installed as a web app on supported desktop and mobile devices. The Interval Timer is an optional utility, not a fifth core pillar, so the roadmap can still concentrate on genuine product expansion.

Interval Timer

Launched in the current product. Set Training time and Rest time and let the horizontal timer repeat Training → Rest until paused or reset. It sits alongside the four core timers as an optional utility.

Installability

Available now on supported devices. Use UP TIMER in the browser or install the web app for quicker access from a desktop, taskbar or phone home screen. It is not a separate App Store or Google Play product.

In development

Move beyond the prompt into guided movement.

The next major product expansion is centred on guided bodyweight movement. It is not available yet, and the final format, scope and release timing may change as the work develops.

Guided calisthenics and movement programmes

The aim is to build on the current Move timer with more structured sessions that can fit around a screen-heavy day, while keeping the existing short movement prompts available for people who want something simpler.

Current work is exploring guided bodyweight sessions, a planned 30-day calisthenics programme and clearer exercise demonstrations. The objective is to extend Move without turning the rest of UP TIMER into a fitness app.

Sessions Guided bodyweight movement

Structured exercises designed to sit alongside the existing Move cadence rather than replace it.

Programme A planned 30-day progression

A more organised route for people who want something beyond individual movement prompts.

Demonstration Clearer exercise guidance

Animation and character-led demonstrations are being explored so movements are easier to understand before starting.

No release date is being promised yet. Licensing, exercise presentation, production quality, browser delivery and the final programme structure still need to be proven before availability is announced.

Moved into the live product

Three recent additions are now part of the live system.

UP Capture, the connection between planned items and Focus, and the new Interval Timer are now part of the live product. Interval Timer has launched as a small utility rather than a new headline product pillar.

Available now

Capture the interruption without changing the task.

Record a note, idea, question, reflection or to-do while it is fresh. Decide what it is, plan where it belongs and act when you are ready.

Capture. Decide. Plan. Act.

Available now

Plan first. Move into Focus when the task is ready.

UP Capture gives planned items somewhere to live before they become the work in front of you. A ready to-do can move into Focus when it is time to act, rather than every captured thought competing for immediate attention.

Interval Timer. A simple training/rest rhythm.

Set Training and Rest times once, then let the cycle repeat until you pause or reset it. The current version uses a horizontal progress timer with distinct Training and Rest audio cues.

Use what is ready now

The roadmap can grow. The current product still has to earn its place today.

Start with the four core timers, use Interval Timer when a simple training/rest cycle helps, and use UP Capture when something unplanned enters your head. Future development will be added only when it is ready to earn its place in that same clear web-based workflow.
