UP TIMER · LEARN

Learn. Give short learning a place in the day.

Play a Learn Sprint when you have time, or schedule sessions for later. Choose the duration and learning deck, then finish with recall before you return to the rest of your day. Questions and follow-up ideas can go into UP Capture without becoming the next task.

Play now. Schedule later. Finish with recall.

How Learn works

Start now, schedule later, finish with recall.

Learn Sprints are short, timed sessions you can start immediately or give a defined place later in the day.

Choose the moment

Play a Learn Sprint now or schedule it for later

Start immediately when you have a useful gap, or set Session A and Session B and arm the daily schedule.

Follow the sprint

Keep the session, deck and time visible

The active Learn Sprint keeps the remaining time and current learning deck in view while the session is running.

Finish with recall

Revisit the learning point before you move on

Complete the recall step at the end of the sprint, then return to the rest of your working day.

Make it yours

Choose when learning happens. Keep the session contained.

Start a Learn Sprint immediately or give short learning a regular place later in the day. The session times, duration, deck and current state stay visible in the same panel.

  • You set Session A, Session B, duration and learning deck.
  • You see Armed status, next session, current deck and active stage.
  • You control Play now, arm daily, skip and reset.

Learn + UP Capture

Keep the question. Finish the sprint.

Learning often creates another question, an idea to explore or something you want to do later. Put it into UP Capture without turning it into the next task, then return to it when the Learn Sprint is finished.

Capture. Decide. Plan. Act.

When a Learn Sprint is ready

The prompt stays until you respond.

When a scheduled session becomes due, or an active stage reaches its endpoint, the on-screen prompt remains active. If a sound or male or female voice alert is selected, it can continue until you acknowledge it.

Acknowledgement means the prompt received a response. It does not confirm that learning, recall or understanding occurred.

Focus. Hydrate. Move. Learn.

Make room for a short Learn Sprint.

Play one now or schedule it for later. Finish with recall, and put any questions or follow-up ideas into UP Capture. Lite gives you up to one continuous two-hour window each day, beginning when you start your first timer.
