UP Timer product

Focus. Give focused work a clear edge.

Set a defined work phase, see the countdown and move into a short or long break without losing track of where you are in the cycle. The timer remains one part of the connected Focus, Hydrate, Move and Learn workspace.

One visible phase. One clear endpoint.

How it works

Set the timer around the day you actually have.

The controls stay visible, the current state is clear and the timer can be used on its own or alongside the other UP Timer tools.

01

Choose the work phase

Set the number of minutes you want for focused work. The live timer keeps the current phase and remaining time visible.

02

Define the breaks

Choose short-break and long-break durations, then decide how many focus cycles should happen before the longer pause.

03

Keep the transition visible

When a focus or break phase ends, the prompt remains active until you acknowledge it.

Configure

A cycle you can adjust, not a routine you have to obey.

Focus Timer is built around a familiar work-and-break sequence, but the timings remain yours. A short task may need one compact block. Deep work may need a longer session. The interface keeps the phase, cycle position and next transition visible while you work.

  • You set Focus, short break, long break and cycles to long break.
  • You see Current phase, remaining time, cycle position and the next phase.
  • You choose Alert sound or male or female voice alerts in the timer settings.

One clear sequence

From setting to prompt.

UP Timer makes the next state visible so the timer is more than a single sound at the end of an interval.

01

Start a focus phase

Begin the timer when you are ready to work inside a defined block.

02

Move through the cycle

The timer changes between focus, short break and long break using your settings.

03

Acknowledge the transition

The completed-phase prompt waits for a conscious response before it clears.

Persistent acknowledgement

The alert waits until it has been seen.

When this timer reaches its selected point, the on-screen prompt stays active and the chosen sound or male or female voice continues until you acknowledge it.

A break is not prescribed by UP Timer. Choose timings that suit the task, your working arrangements and any advice or adjustments that apply to you.

Focus session complete

The current work phase has reached its selected endpoint. The alert remains visible and the chosen sound or voice continues until it is acknowledged.

One connected workspace

Go deeper, or bring the four timers together.

Each timer has independent settings, but the product is designed as one visible rhythm for a screen-heavy day.

Focus. Hydrate. Move. Learn.

Put a clear boundary around the next task.

Open UP Timer, choose your focus and break timings, then start the first phase when you are ready.
