UP Timer product
Set a target, cup size and working window. UP Timer calculates a reminder pace and keeps progress, cups remaining and the next prompt visible. The timer remains one part of the connected Focus, Hydrate, Move and Learn workspace.
How it works
The controls stay visible, the current state is clear and the timer can be used on its own or alongside the other UP Timer tools.
Enter the volume you want to work towards and the cup or glass size you normally use.
Set a start and end time so reminder pacing is based on the part of the day in which you want to use the timer.
Use Add cup or a quick-add amount to update the visible progress and cups remaining.
Configure
A target is easier to use when it becomes a sequence of visible actions. UP Timer divides the selected target by your cup size, considers the working window and presents an approximate reminder pace. The next reminder remains part of the interface rather than being hidden behind the rest of the day.
One clear sequence
UP Timer makes the next state visible so the timer is more than a single sound at the end of an interval.
Use values appropriate to your own routine rather than treating a default as a universal recommendation.
The selected working window is used to calculate an approximate interval between reminders.
The water reminder stays active until you confirm that you have seen it.
Persistent acknowledgement
When this timer reaches its selected point, the on-screen prompt stays active and the chosen sound or male or female voice continues until you acknowledge it.
Your next selected water reminder is due. The prompt waits for acknowledgement instead of sounding once and disappearing.
Water reminder. Time to have a drink.
One connected workspace
Each timer has independent settings, but the product is designed as one visible rhythm for a screen-heavy day.
Focus. Hydrate. Move. Learn.
Set the target, cup size and working hours that fit your routine, then let UP Timer keep the next reminder in view.
