How Hydrate works
Tell UP TIMER the target, cup size and working hours. It keeps the pace and progress visible while you get on with the day.
Enter the volume you want to work towards and the cup or glass size you normally use.
Tell UP TIMER how many hours you want Hydrate running. It uses that window to calculate an approximate reminder pace.
Add a cup as you go. Your progress, cups remaining and next reminder stay visible, and the prompt remains active until you acknowledge it.
Make it yours
Your target and cup size determine how many cups make up the day. Your working hours give UP TIMER the window it needs to calculate an approximate reminder pace.
Water reminder settings
The next Hydrate reminder is due. The prompt remains visible and the selected sound or voice can continue until it is acknowledged.

When a reminder is due
