Built for workdays that disappear into a screen.
UP Timer brings Focus, Hydrate, Move and Learn into one simple daily rhythm—helping you remember the useful things that absorbing work makes easy to neglect. The timer is live now while we complete the new website.
Lite starts when your first timer starts—not when the page opens. The two-hour window then runs continuously, including while an individual timer is paused or reset.
Designed from real use
A reminder that waits for a response.
Most timer alerts sound once and disappear. When you are absorbed in work, it is easy to hear one and continue without drinking, moving or taking the break. UP Timer keeps the prompt active until you acknowledge it.
It does not claim that the action was completed. It creates a conscious moment to drink, move, pause, learn—or deliberately choose to continue.
Time to take a break.
Male voice example “Focus session complete. Time to take a break.”
The chosen alert continues until it is acknowledged, helping the prompt avoid disappearing unnoticed.
A note from the founder
I built the timer I couldn’t find.
What changed for me
- Focus
- I work in clearer, defined blocks.
- Hydrate
- My water target stays visible throughout the day.
- Move
- I take regular opportunities to leave the desk.
- Learn
- I make space for short, useful learning.
I tried numerous timers, but none gave me the complete daily structure I needed. I also found that hearing an alert once was not enough—if it disappeared, the action was easy to forget. That led to the persistent acknowledgement built into UP Timer.
UP Timer now helps me do those things consistently. It has made a genuine difference to how I work, which is why I decided to share it with other people whose working day can disappear into a screen.
