Start hereUse all four timers for up to one continuous two-hour window each day.
The window starts when your first timer starts and continues if an individual timer is paused or reset.
Bring focus blocks, water reminders, movement prompts and short Learn Sprints into one browser-based timer—so the useful things screen-heavy work pushes aside are easier to remember. Start with free Lite access for up to one continuous two-hour window each day, then manually activate the three-day Full trial when ready.
Looking for Company access?Lite starts when your first timer starts—not when the page opens. The two-hour window then runs continuously, including while an individual timer is paused or reset.

Lite begins with your first timer. Create an account only when you want to manually activate the three-day Full trial. No card is required and the trial does not automatically convert to Full.

UP Timer combines four independently configurable tools in one browser workspace. Use one timer on its own or coordinate all four around the way you work. When a timer reaches its selected point, a persistent acknowledgement alert stays active until you respond.
Set the focus, break and cycle lengths that suit the task. The current phase stays visible while you work.
Build a clearer rhythm for focused workSet your target, cup size and working hours. UP Timer keeps the pace and next reminder visible.
Keep your selected target visibleChoose the cadence, duration and movement style. The timer prompts you at the selected interval.
Introduce a prompt to change positionStart a Learn Sprint now or schedule it for later. Learning and recall get a defined place in the same routine.
Make room for short learningDesigned from real use
I found that hearing a timer was not always enough. When work had my full attention, an ordinary alert could sound once, disappear and be forgotten. UP Timer was designed to interrupt that pattern.
When Focus, Hydrate, Move or Learn reaches its selected point, the alert remains visible and the chosen sound or male or female voice continues until it is acknowledged. You still decide what to do next, but the prompt cannot simply vanish unnoticed.
The aim is not to record that an action happened. It is to create a conscious moment to drink, move, pause, learn—or deliberately choose not to.
Time to take a break.
Male voice example “Focus session complete. Time to take a break.”
Acknowledgement confirms that the prompt has been seen. It does not state that the suggested action was completed.
Why use all four every day?
A screen-heavy day can make it easy to remain seated, forget to drink, work without a proper pause and postpone learning. UP Timer gives those useful actions a visible place in the day.
A defined focus cycle can make it easier to stop, look away from the screen, change posture and return with a clearer next step.
Daily value Clearer work boundaries and intentional screen breaks.
Busy work can make drinking easy to forget. Set your own target, cup size and working hours, then use reminders to keep the next drink visible.
Daily value A practical reminder to drink during the day.
When hours disappear at the desk, a movement prompt creates a reason to stand, stretch, walk or simply change position before another block begins.
Daily value Fewer unbroken hours sitting in one position.
Use a short Learn Sprint for one idea, scenario, practical tip or recall prompt instead of waiting for time to begin a full course.
Daily value Small, repeatable moments for learning and recall.
UP Timer provides reminders and structure—not medical, health or productivity advice. Individual needs and outcomes vary. You choose your own timings, water target and actions, and should follow any personal or professional guidance relevant to you.
Why UP Timer exists
When the day is driven by tasks, messages and open tabs, the person doing the work can become secondary. UP Timer creates deliberate moments to pause and reset without prescribing a perfect routine.
An illustrative example only. Every timer, duration and schedule is controlled by the user.
Start a Focus Timer with the work and break durations that suit the task in front of you.
A reminder appears according to the target, cup size and working hours you selected.
The Move Timer reaches its chosen cadence and offers the selected or random guided exercise prompt.
Start a Learn Sprint immediately or schedule it for a quieter part of the day.

Turn natural pauses into short, relevant learning moments shaped around approved company material, industry topics or specific departments and roles.
Planned company administration will support licences and approved learning assignments. Personal Focus, Hydrate and Move activity will remain private.
From the first Lite timer to trial activation and annual billing, here are the practical details people usually want to understand before getting started.
Lite timing, the daily access window and the manually activated Full trial.
Lite gives you access to all four timers for up to one continuous two-hour window each day.
It starts when you start your first timer. Simply opening the page does not begin the daily two-hour window.
No. Once the window has started, it continues even if an individual timer is paused or reset.
Create an account, then manually activate three days / 72 hours of Full access. The trial begins only when you choose to activate it.
No. The Full trial requires an account, but no payment card is required.
No. The trial does not automatically convert to paid access. You subscribe to Full only when you decide to continue.
Annual membership, subscription management, failed payments and future Company access.
Full is $59.99 per year as a recurring annual membership.
Yes. Billing is managed through the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, Full access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period, after which access returns to Lite.
Stripe asks for an updated payment method and retries the payment. If payment cannot be recovered, the subscription can be cancelled and access returns to Lite.
Company access is coming soon. Organisations can currently register interest in future licences, pilot access and bespoke setup through the Company enquiry route.

A note from the founder
Created from personal experience. Designed for people whose working day can disappear into a screen.
I originally designed UP Timer for my own working day.
I had tried numerous focus and productivity timers, but none brought together everything I needed in one place. When I became absorbed in work, I could lose track of time completely. I could reach the end of the day having drunk one glass of water, barely moved from my desk and taken no proper breaks.
I knew that was not a good way for me to work, but knowing it did not always make it easier to change.
I did not need another alert that disappeared. I needed a prompt that waited for a response.
That led to one of the most important parts of UP Timer: persistent acknowledgement alerts. When a timer reaches its selected point, the message and chosen sound or voice remain until I acknowledge it. The alert does not claim I completed the action, but it makes me consciously decide whether to drink, move, pause, learn or continue.
UP Timer gave me the daily structure I was missing. Using it consistently has helped me work more efficiently, drink more water, take movement breaks and stay focused on the task in front of me.
It has made a genuine difference to my own working day. That is why I decided to share it with other people who recognise the same habits in themselves.
Start with Lite and use all four timers to define focus blocks, remember water, break up long periods of sitting and make room for short learning. No account is needed to begin.
